Hey, I'm Emma.

I've always been passionate about creating, so stepping into Digital Product Innovation felt like a natural fit. It's all about questioning the status quo, finding ways to improve, and driving meaningful change! This portfolio is a selection of digital products that I've had the pleasure of creating myself or with a team.

After graduating from the University of Sydney, I went into Consulting at Deloitte Digital where I started at first as a Front-end Developer before moving into User Experience Design. My passion for solving challenging problems and creating meaningful impact led me to work in Product and Propositions in the Fintech scene.

At the Australian fintech start-up Middle, I led a global team of developers and designers to launch a home loan product from conception to reality, acquiring 500+ brokers and 12,000+ applicants in the first 1.5 years.You can learn more about Middle here.

Having recently relocated to the UK, I've taken on an exciting role at Lloyds Banking Group in the Propositions team. We're improving the customer experience one step at a time for 27million+ customers.
